INTRODUCTION This perfectly situated central distribution center/business headquarter consists of two properties with lettable areas of up to 67 000 square meters (52 000 + 15 000). The properties includes two warehouse buildings and one office building. LOCATION The properties has a perfect location from a logistics standpoint. Located in Skänninge, just north of Mjölby, the access to the E4 highway and the close proximity to the railroad station Skänninge both contribute to the fantastic location. BUILDING INFORMATION The structural framework for the office building is brick and concrete and the façade consists of brickwork and corrugated metal sheets. Both the warehouse buildings, constructed in 1972(2006) and 2009 respectively, have a steel framework with concrete slabs and felt roofing. The heating system consists of district heating and the power supply is high voltage with two transformers. The larger of the two warehouse buildings is equipped with large ground water pumps and are backed-up by power with diesel generators.
